1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Poletis website and the Studio OS product, including early access, demo accounts, and communications initiated through the site.
2. Studio OS Accounts
Studio OS is a studio management and marketing product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the authority of people using your account, and for complying with platform rules and laws that apply to your studio.
3. Connected Accounts and Publishing
If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you authorize Studio OS to use the permissions you approve to show connected assets and publish content you request in the product. You are responsible for the text, media, rights, scheduling, and compliance of posts you publish through Studio OS.
4. Early Access
Early access and test accounts may change, be limited, or pause temporarily while the product develops. Poletis will act reasonably and notify users of material changes where practical.
5. Intellectual Property
Studio OS, website content, and Poletis branding are owned by Poletis d.o.o. and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission. You keep rights to your own content and grant Poletis the right to process it only to provide the service.
6. Availability and Liability
Studio OS is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of every external platform, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or infrastructure providers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Poletis is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
